Last email of the year from Sister Wainwright! She says:
On Saturday, I did a trade off with Skudder. We spent 2 hours emptying water from the baptismal font with buckets. I think I may have threw out my back! It literally took from 1 in the afternoon until 3 to drain the font. And then get this.... it filled about a foot....and then the church ran out of water! Skudder and Tvares baptized their investigator Carla. She had to sit, and Mackonis, who baptized her, had to kneel. She had to just lay down to be completely under water. We had to do it twice because her knees popped up! It was so hilarious and awesome. She's a great girl.
